PLEASE NOTE: We do not work on electric bikes that have been adapted to exceed the legal speed and power rating, not operated using pedal assist or controlled by a twist controller. These bikes are not safe and the use of them is illegal with the possibility of being seized by the Police.
We will always try to return the bike to you as soon as possible but obviously there are factors that may affect this, such as the time the bike is dropped off, workload, work needed and parts availability. We will always assess the bike first and provide you with an estimate as to what is needed, cost and timescale and will not carry out any works until you have authorised.
We would ask that the bike is dropped off between 9 and 10 am so that we have a good chance to assess the bike and get the job completed.
We would also ask that the bike is collected asap of us contacting you and definitely within 7 days of the contact. After this time additional charges for storage may be incured.
