PLEASE NOTE: We do not work on electric bikes that have been adapted to exceed the legal speed and power rating. We will also not work on bikes that have been altered to be none pedal assist or controlled by a twist controller. These bikes are not safe and the use of them on public land is illegal, with the possibility of them being seized by the Police.
We will always try to return the bike to you as soon as possible but obviously there are factors that may affect this, such as the time the bike is dropped off, workload, work needed and parts availability.
We will always assess the bike first and provide you with an estimate as to what is needed, the cost and the timescale (PLEASE NOTE That this is an estimate and some costs may change).
We will not carry out any works until you have authorised us to do so.
We would ask that the bike is dropped off between 9 and 10am on the day of your booking (unless otherwise agreed) so that we have a good chance to assess the bike and get the job completed.
We would also ask that the bike is collected ASAP after we have informed you of completion of the works and definitely within 7 days of the contact. After this time additional charges for storage may be incured.
